Write Wedding Ceremony according to plan (Order of Ceremony, Choice of Vows, Rituals, Rings, Content, etc…) and share with couple to make edits and changes until it is exactly as desired Wedding Day Arrive in ample time to officiate as planned & sign marriage license & celebrate with couple. DJ\Emcee Services Plan out & Execute, with couple, Ceremony Prelude, Walk-In, and Walk out music Plan out and Execute all Reception music for Grand Entrance, Special Dances, and playlist music choices for dinner, dancing, and any other special moments\activities, Arrive in ample time to set up and provide high quality Sound, Lighting, Microphones, and Music for Wedding Ceremony, Dinner, and Reception. Provide a GREAT & FUN wedding. Emcee the night by making intros of bridal party, dances, speeches, and announcing any changes to attendees, so that the night stays on the schedule. If Applicable Day of Coordination Services Meet with couple as many times as necessary, & at the venue if possible, to develop timeline, Acquire vendor list for coordination, understand decoration & flower set ups, table set up for number of attendees, bridesmaid & groomsman lists, family, and ceremony order. Attend the rehearsal to guide the family and bridal party on entrance, placement, entrance, and exits, as well as help with set up of tables and decorations if applicable. Day of Wedding, Arrive early to handle logistics, make sure wedding party & vendors stick to timeline, communicate with vendors as they arrive, help solve any problems that may arise, and ensure the day flows smoothly and according to plan!
